I can't seem to find the full cover art for this except for just the front of the cover (so no back side or side label).
Once again, please and thank you!

Edited title as at this point I am ok with different region cover arts. Willing to take anything  :)

Had to use what I found, hope it works until someone more capable can create or scan one better.
