Title: Empty covers

Just an FYI, there are a lot of covers on the "Newest covers" pages for the various systems that have the description "XXXXXXX EMPTY" and the links take you to a page that doesn't have a cover. I haven't gone through all of the systems but here's some of them:

I could be wrong, but that's basically what happens when someone asks for the covers to be added (so that the requester can then upload the cover).  It's working as intended, to my knowledge.

Those are mostly covers that have been added by accident and then found out to be inapropritate.
We can't delete covers so their souls are sent to limbo that noone can access. This is the empty carcase left behind to rot.
