I own this art book: Mega Man and Mega Man X Official Complete Works (https://archive.org/details/MegaManMegaManXOfficialCompleteWorksByKBG). It has large textless beautiful box art for all of the Japanese games. That link up there is a link to the full book on archive.org, but I'm not sure if the images are hires. I did scan most of the box art in my book and I can upload it for you. I don't know if you noticed, but I posted a scan of Nemesis in your request thread a few weeks back as well.
