The title says it all. I can't find any good scans of the full cover art online, let alone ones that are from the US (all the covers I've seen have PEGI and ACB markings, but I know it's been released outside of the Trilogy collection in the states, as seen here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/403253954776 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/403253954776)). So, I'm looking for a retail, NTSC-U DVD cover insert for Angry Birds Seasons. If an original insert scan can't be found, an edit that recreates the NA version will do.
