the same thing for Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin

The issue has to do with title length. If the character length of the game title exceeds a certain limit, the link will result in a 404.

Yup. Unfortunately this file length issue has only occurred since the upload a cover function was reinstated. Your cover is still in the queue, but we can’t see if the file is actually there or not. Site owner is looking into the issue, and I’m sure there will be a board announcement once it’s dealt with if covers need re-uploading. There are currently over 100 covers in the queue affected, and countless already on the boards.

I fixed all broken links this morning! We had 200 on moderation that couldn't be reviewed. I've reset those too. this cover is one of those, so standby.

Thanks a lot, Snowcone! I'm so happy covers with long titles are now appearing properly on the main site. I also have to give you big credit for adding the "View Full Cover" option. That is something the Admin section lacked. Now I can look at covers up close before approving them for the main site.
