Title: Seeking to Convert PC DVD to PC Blu-Ray

I know that the Blu-Ray format for PC games does not exist, but I would still like to convert it to Blu-Ray as for example in an alternate reality if its existed.

You mean just the template?  So you are looking for a Bluray template?
