Title: Failed to upload

I tried to upload a cover in the site and it give me the follow error, in both browsers, Firefox and chrome:

Slim Application Error
The application could not run because of the following error:

Message: You did not select a file to upload

It looks like you never selected a file to upload.

Check your file size. I get this error when I try to upload files larger than 8.00 mb
