Title: Can DVD Covers be resized to Blu-Ray size?

I'm looking into printing my own covers but I prefer the size of Blu-ray cases over DVD and I'm wondering if it's just a matter of putting in different dimensions when printing or does the DVD Cover Art have to be built with a completely different template? Thanks.

Resizing the DVD-sized images to match Blu-Ray case size is easy, but the original aspect ratio of the images will most likely be off; some will look stretched/squished, and some will look just fine.

there's always the option to rebuild or reformat it from scratch as well if you have the skill
