Title: A couple small bugs

1) The ampersand doesn't work in searches.  I was trying to find Ozzy & Drix for the GBA (which exists).  I tried the following searches to test:

Ozzy & Drix
"Ozzy & Drix"
Ozzy and Drix
"Ozzy and Drix"
Ozzy

Only the final search actually pulled it up

2) Only one of the login links for the forums works.

The top left link for "Log in" works, but when you click "Guest" and click "Log in" underneath it, nothing happens.

1 is due to the & sign which screws things up.
If you have cover that is saved with & in the name (Like on of the NES dungeons & dragons) it can't be downloaded directly.

2 is due to the forum being in transition/updating and some things are not working yet.
