So, I shot Nintendo an e-mail asking if there was any chance the red Wii Game cases would be made available to order. This is the reply I got...
Thank you for writing. Unfortunately, we do not have these available for sale. In fact, it's likely we won't have these available for individual sale, since we typically do not sell game cases to the public. The only Wii game cases we sell are the replacement generic white cases.
How odd..

What Wii games come in red cases?

New Super Mario Bros. Wii

Then again you could always buy red DVD cases in bulk...
Also that email seems to make no sense. "We don't really cases to the public.....but we sell Wii replacement cases" Couldn't they have just said "We don't sell special cases like that one?"

What they were saying read right to me. Normally Nintendo doesnt sell ANY replacement cases to the public. Think about it, prior to the Nintendo DS coming out they didnt sell any cases to the public. They never sold replacement boxes for the older systems.
So all the reply was stating that they normally don't sell replacement cases to the public ESPECIALLY one that are a limited release to only one game.

Nintendo's online store (and call-in phone number) sold replacement GCN Cases, GCN Dual Disc Cases, Game Boy/Game Boy Color cases, SNES plastic covers, Virtual Boy game covers, and the NES game sleeves.

I feel pretty certain that replacement gamecube cases were available before the DS came out, but I could be wrong on that.
