Title: Sega saturn Crypt Killer Custom

Bare with me as this is my first request (lurked for a while).  Requesting a custom DVD case cover of the game Crypt Killer.  I didn't see any raw scans of it so it will need both a gracious person to post one from their collection and some shopping.

Anyone got this?  I bought it disc only.  Hoping to case all my Saturn Rail Shooters.
