Happy to report that I have the dimensions for the Game Gear / Turbografx BitBox game cases!

Whole Cover - 11 inches (3300px) wide x 7 inches (2100px) tall
Back Cover - 5.165 inches (1550px) wide x 7 inches (2100px) tall
Front Cover - 5.165 inches (1550px) wide x 7 inches (2100px) tall
Total Spine - 0.67 inches (200px) wide x 7 inches (2100px) tall
Useable Spine - 0.565 inches (170px) wide x 7 inches (2100px) tall
Spine Curve (vertically, on both sides of spine) - 0.053 (15px) wide x 7 inches (2100px) tall

Had a tough time uploading the image, though it was well under the limit. Either way, here it is! Thanks everyone for any help on this!

How is the quality of these?  I've never used BitBox cases.  I was holding out for Custom Game Cases but you can only buy those with artwork and I don't believe there are discounts for large orders on those (I got like 70 GG games) but this seems like a cheaper, bulk order alternative.

Thanks for posting that image! For whatever reason, I was having trouble posting it.

I only have experience with the NES BitBox cases, and I didn't want to commit the $ on these new ones until a few covers were available. I am pleased with the NES ones, and I hope that these are just as good!

By the way, my first cover will be posted shortly, if I can figure it out. Sorry, newbie here...

Thank you so much for these amazing covers. I have been searching high and low for any Game Gear covers without any luck at all. I know this is a pretty much dead string but I wanted to let you know the work is appreciated and I hope there is or will be more.
