Title: TwinBee NES Online cover

I'm thinking it's an arcade flyer, since TwinBee wasn't released on NES outside of Japan, and this is the cover used for the NES "box" in the Switch Online app:

Does anyone have a scan of this, and/or know the exact source of the image?
