AFAIK it was released as GT Championship and also as Top Gear GT Championship. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to second this request! I have a copy of this game, but mine is titled "GT: All Japan Grand Touring Car Championship" It's a Kemco game and the box looked like this:

however, I think it may have sold in the US as "Top Gear GT Championship"
