Title: [Request][Custom] SNES - Mr Bloopy

Altough Shenske is still working on Nightmare Busters, here is my 2nd request :).
(Loveyou Shenske  :P)

I'd like to request Mr Bloopy for the SNES, here is all the information i have gathered.
