Here's a raw for Ratchet and Clank Going Commando.  It's the GH version but you can probably convert it over.

I may have the Dynasty Warriors and Warriors Orochi for raw scans. Not sure if I ever got rid of them. I'll try to remember to look for them when I get home tonight. If you don't hear from me by tomorrow night, PM me with a reminder please.

Unfortunately they aren't in NTSC.
Only in PAL.
