Title: recreating logo ocean software...

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to recreate this logo:

I've already recreated the letters etc. But I can't seem to figure out how the "glow spots" are made I want it to look as authentic as possible.

I hope somebody can help me out here?

Not sure, if this helps, but there is a book called "History of Ocean Software" by Chris Wilkins and Roger M. Kean. In there you can find the Ocean logo a couple times in quite a decent quality.
