Hello, before starting the topic I searched through the forums for this particular scan, and have only found the American and Australian versions. If somebody could scan the European version, or at least post a recreation of it I'd be really grateful.

I've tried assembling one using images above, since I'm restoring a secondhand case. I'm not really good at it though. Also, they weren't scanned with making a new cover in mind.
