Title: Request - Disney's Atlantis The Lost Empire - PS1 - NA - (Retail)

I'm looking for the CD cover inserts for Disney's Atlantis The Lost Empire for the PlayStation 1. Specifically the CD cover back and CD cover inlay for the game. I cannot find this artwork anywhere. Can someone do this?
