Title: Sin & Punishment - N64 - NTSC - UGC/Horizontal/Translated

I know it sounds weird. This game was never released in the US, but I want to say I've seen a horizontal style UGC cover for this game floating around somewhere. I've looked all over for it and the only thing I can find is a vertical, red spine, translated cover. Am I imaging things? If you can find this cover or have it, please drop it into this thread.

I swear this does exist out there somewhere but my googlefu is failing me...  I know I found it at one point as I used it to create my mini box which you can see here:
