Title: Sega Cd Covers too big

I'm tying to print some sega cd covers and they coming out too big.

From what I can tell the specs are as expected but I seem to be about 10% too big. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, any advise?

you printing on Legal paper?

Make sure scaling is 100% and fit to page is off.
