Title: Random Request for Sega covers
Post by: razielleonhart on April 06, 2018, 03:52:30 AM
I am working on a Sega project for my friend with hopes to get it done by Christmas. I am going to buy a broken Sega Genesis gut it and add a Raspberry Pi 3 loaded with all the Sega games from Master System to Sega CD. So I am looking for all the covers in zip files for all the systems so I can edit them to make the menu system look nice for me. Yes I know I can download the covers 1 by 1 but I kinda want to take the easy way out with hopes there is a ZIP out there with all the US, EU and JP covers for systems Master System, Sega Genesis, Sega Mega Drive, Sega 32X and Sega CD.

This has been asked hundreds of times and the answer is always no.  Good luck though!

Although, it might be the first time it was asked by a person who more than 3 posts.  :P

No SMS or 32x, but it's a damn good start: https://github.com/ramiabraham/cover-art-collection

Not associated with the site, but I use it to pull SNES covers when I put ROMs on to a SNES Classic

I actually made a Genesis Pi (didn't add any box art yet) myself for a friend that I just finished up this past weekend. I'm proud of the end result, though mine is very messy inside. Hot glue, super glue, solder and electrical tape everywhere. Outside is close to this kit, which I didn't even know existed until I was done:

I'll post pics of mine later.
