The downloadable images are always the size intended for print.

The stock image dimensions aren't a perfect fit in my opinion. I went with 2080px X 3470px.  Reference the following thread.

Welcome to The Cover Project, CODEWERKX!

Shadowfox's NES, Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64 Custom Game Case cases are all the same size. The full size cover dimensions are supposed to be 2080 pixels high and 3470 pixels wide. I got that information from Moviefan2k4 in late 2016 when I was browsing some Custom Game Case forums. When I first printed some of Shenske's NES covers for the Custom Game Case, they were 2100 pixels high and 3431 pixels wide. With Shenske's dimensions, the covers came out too tall on the height. The top and bottom of the cover would stick out of the plastic overlay. The cover was also a little short on the width. It wasn't a proper fit. I have been using Moviefan2k4's template ever since I made my first NES cover back in January 2017. That was none other than Batman. I made a simple NES Custom Game Case template. I have a few other templates in my Box account too.
