Title: PS2 - NTSC/PAL: Silent Hill 3, 4, and Origins

I just noticed that the PAL covers for Silent Hills 3, 4, and Origins look way better than the NTSC covers.  Would anybody actually be up for re-fitting those PAL covers with NTSC formatting?  How hard would it be to do that?
