Dreamcast99 has uploaded raw scans of NHL All-Star Hockey 95 that I can use to make a UGC for you. There is a scan of Technocop on the site, but it isn't a great resolution. If you use the forum search function you should be able to find it. If you're not picky about quality, I can probably do something with that one as well.

I've got both raw scans downloaded to my "To Do" folder, but I'm pretty backed up at the moment. My real life responsibilities have been keeping me busy the last few weeks, and the little free time I've had available has been mostly spent playing Fallout 4. I'll try and get to them before the end of February for you!

I got the Technocop cover done. As I mentioned, the source image wasn't perfect, but I think the cover should look great when printed out. Enjoy!
