Some homebrew game for the Game boy that I stumbles across by accident.

I haven't played the game just yet, but what are your thoughts on it?

Looks interesting. I'll have to check it out!

Whoa! A new homebrew game for original Game Boy? I think that's really cool. I have seen homebrew games for NES and Super Nintendo, but, this is the first homebrew Game Boy game I have seen. Thanks for pointing that out. When this game becomes available for purchase again, I'm going to buy it.

I bookmarked catskullgames.com earlier this year because I'd like to pick up one of their games just for the novelty of owning a Game Boy homebrew game. Maybe you'll find it worth checking out as well rockabilly!

I also started this thread before I played this game properly. I still haven't beaten the first level yet. It's quite the challenge so far.
In the meantime, I found a way to extract the cover art from the boxart.pdf included when you get the digital copy of the game (also exported it to a standard image file for copy paste), and rebuilt the cover in the NTSC-U Game Boy Retail Style. Two of the three screenshots are different, since I extracted the frames from .gif files.

TheVoyger, you read my mind. Must've received your copy recently, too? Thank you so much for the cover, you're a life saver!

No. Thank you. I only have a digital copy at the moment. It came in a .zip with a .pdf for the boxart and a label, and the game (a .gb file), which is meant to be run in an emulator.

Nicely done, TheVoyager1234! That cover looks really good!

Thanks again! And call me TheVoyger1234, will you? Don't mind the spelling error. That was on accident, but I kind of liked it that way.

I will be more than happy to. I could have sworn I saw the word "Voyager" in your screen name. Sorry about that. My eyes must have played tricks on me.
