Could someone that has this game please upload a scan of this cover art, can't find it anywhere.

EDIT - Seeing as this was a GameStop exclusive, this would come in handy for many people seeing as they tend to discard and put their own inserts in the game cases.

Decided to just make a custom one - I like it - looks clean and real nice on photo paper.

I would have uploaded the cover here, but the game isn't listed  >:(

I tweaked it a bit, it was missing the PS logo on the spine at the top. Also enlarged the spine game name a bit to fill in the empty white space at the bottom. Now it matches the rest on the shelf.

Final version:
-Added the color fade blue on the top front and cleaned up the blue on the spine.
-Adjusted the blue on front and spine to align with official look of original artwork.
-Added a neat little bio-hazard symbol to the bottom of the spine in black & white to match lettering.
-Adjusted the lettering on the spine.

I believe that is all the tweaking I'm going to do. Not even interested in the original anymore - this is a more minimalist design. I love it!
