Quite excelent.
There is moire effect (image made of little "flowers") but that seems to be unavoidaple on all Playstation covers.

Rest of the feedback depands on wether that is raw scan or ready cover:

Raw: All other fine except top cover is cut off (visible by front covers PS logo missing partly). Are all other parts there?

Ready cover (if you want the cover to be hosted on the site permanently): Same as raw + needs some minor dust and dent removal.
And for once feedback of too good quality: Cover is 600DPI, but for saving the space of our sites database we prefer 300DPI but that we can adjust easily.

So please re-scan with all parts included.

Thank you.

I noticed the top cut off this morning actually and went crazy trying to figure out if it was google or me lol but this is the cover from the ps2 game I purchased a while back. I will try to rescan at 300 dpi and see if I can get the full top part but it seems like its really small to begin with like a few millimeters? I think I don't know I'm not good with measurements but its small hopefully I can get it scanned properly is there a guide for dust removal and stuff like that? I have a bunch of games I want to contribute both American and Japanese so I'll take all the pointers I can get.

I think the cut off reason is that like almost all scanners they can't quite scan from the edge.
So try positioning the cover 1cm or ½" from the edge of the scanner bed.
scanning at 600DPI is good.
As for dust/dirt/bend, there is not much and all you can do is to use pencil tool or something to paint over them.
You can also download the PS2 template here: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=1610.0 and replace the top banner (it has most of the dust and dirt).

The best way to go about creating a TCP-ready cover is as follows.

Place the image on the scanning bed, away from the edge.
In the scanning software choose 600 dpi
Try to find a setting called Descreen or Derasterize and select it.
Scan the images.
Open the raw scans in your preferred photo editing software.
Adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, and other apply other color correction as necessary.
If needed, apply surface blur filters selectively and conservatively to negate the moire effect in the images.
Using various methods such as the clone tool and paint brush, remove the dust, scratches, and rips.
Paste and resize the image to fit into the template (http://www.thecoverproject.net/uploads/TEMPLATES/DVD/PS2%20Template%20-%20Ketaros.psd).
Move the image behind the front layers of the template.
Upload the cover to a site like mediafire or box.net and share it in the forums for constructive criticism and advice.
Make adjustments based on any feedback received.
Upload the cover to The Cover Project for review by the Admins.

Ok I edited the original post with the edited image. Fixed everything as best as a I knew how but there's a few things I don't know how to do. But i beleive the most glaring issues and top being cut off is fixed.

Like that? I think?

I'm using google photos so i'm not sure how it works lol

I did [  url = www.blah blah] Download Link [ end url ]

How do I color the link to separate from regular text?

Edit: NVM i see it's done automatically

How do I make it fit to page instead of making scroll bars at the bottom of the image?

Something is hicky with that cover now. >:(

It shows up 96DPI (but huge size so only dimensions/resolution got screwed).
But the bigger thing is that everything looks fuzzy/jaggedy especially the lower back texts.
That might be due to the DPI thing.

Check that the cover DPI is good before uploading, if it is try reuploading it again.

Edit: Ok I figured it out. I'm not the best at photoshop i'm just trying to help the cause lol so when i created the document in photoshop in the new document window i set pixels/inch too low ill create a new one at the correct dpi and hopefully this will be the last time i need to change it

Unfortunately same problems... in 0.2 megs bigger package ;)

You can easily check the DPI in Paint.
Open the file there and choose properties.

But as the 600 DPI original is pretty perfect I think I/we can alter that to make one perfect one (you get the credit as the needed alterations are minimal.

Actually could you make one or 2 more scans 600 and/or 300DPI that are not cropped or edited at all.
I mean it should have some extra space around the actual cover (making sure all of the cover is there).
Just upload it/them like you did the original cover you did.

I can try my hands on the cleaning.

Thank you.

perfect thank you I'll get this one day. Ill  scan it a few times to make sure I can get the whole thing But I think the cover art is just cut that way it seems thinner to me than most cover arts I have seen
