This box came 2 years late and then when it finally arrived it was bent. 2 days ago I emailed comcept at 3 different contact addresses including the contact email listed on their website and these buttheads have not replied. Now I've come here to whine about it!

It was years ago that I signed up and they don't recognize the email I thought I used. I don't remember using another email. I pretty much only have 2.. one business, one personal. I might just ship it back and include a letter.

What is this box? Is it a fake NES box like Mega Man 9/10?

I don't know that any of this is worth your time. Even if the Box wasn't bent, it's unlikely that it would be a desired collectible since the game sucks. Target had tons of copies of Mighty No.9 at $3.99 each. Everyone needs to face the music, Mighty Number 9 is a pretty hated game.

I think the frustration is based around length of time he had to wait for something the eventually arrived damaged after backing it from the start.
It definitely sucks that backers (people who supported this from the start) paid more money and waited longer than people like me who didn't support it and ended up buying the game at Target for $6 several months ago. :-\

Yes but he wants to spend his money and time sending it back to try and make a point. I personally think nothing will happen. He'll never see it again or hear from them. At this point, they've heard it all. I just don't think they give a shit.

The box is an NES box, not a PS4 cover

Ever heard of this shitty little console called the virtual boy? Or a game for it called Waterworld?
Somehow they managed to gain value, despite being absolute garbage.

They finally responded to my email and said they'd send a new box. Thanks for the advice guys.
