Hi,
I recently listed this game for sale, but received the following message from an interested party:
"There seems to be an issue with your pictures. I see the US box and US game manual, but the UK game cartridge. Are you selling a complete US version or a complete UK version? Based on the pictures, you have neither."

That does appear to be a UK cartridge in a US box. The box and manual both have the ESRB rating stamp, the cartridge should have it as well. See this eBay listing for a US cart: http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/VOUAAOSwWWxY~Too/s-l1600.jpg
The Part # on your cartridge is NEOP0025. According to RF Generation that is the UK version of the game: https://www.rfgeneration.com/cgi-bin/getinfo.pl?ID=E-070-S-00010-A
