Managed to find a loose copy lately, but after scouring the forums and the rest of the internet, it doesn't seem like there's a cover out there. I was hoping someone might either be able to scan theirs for me, or point me in the right direction

Much appreciated!! I had nothing to go off of for the spine, but I'd been eyeing a bunch of old ebay listings for the rest of it
