Title: Millennium Racer Y2K Fighters PC Scans

So, there was a recently discovered unreleased Dreamcast game called Millennium Racer Y2K Fighters.  This game got a PC physical release and I know this is a long shot but does anyone have a copy they could scan?  I was going to attempt to make a DC cover for it based on the PC box art.  Here's more of the story:
