Title: Trouble ordering Shadowfox cases?
Post by: videogametrader on February 13, 2017, 09:40:24 AM
Is anyone else having trouble getting their orders from Jeremy?

I am having the most difficult time getting orders filled and he isn't responsive via email.

Have you ordered from him before? Due to the nature of the business he's running, there tends to be a moderate amount of time before orders are filled. I've also noticed it can take him awhile to get back to you via email, but eventually he will. He's very reliable.

I've been ordering from him since he came out with the GameBoy Cases. I expected about a 7-10 day delay in shipping orders. But 2 orders ago i had to contact him in order to get him to ship and the last order, i had a tracking number pretty fast but the item never actually shipped. 8 days after tracking provided the order is now canceled. Not refunded, just canceled.

I'm very frustrated.

I'm sure that's frustrating. I, myself have an order that still needs processing. But one thing you have to accept is (it is my understanding at least) that at the moment CGC's are Shadowfox's side job. I could be wrong, but assuming that's the case, juggling all of that must be a challenge. It's just something we have to accept while still in the fruition of CGC's.

A delay is understandable. And I accept that it will take 1-2 weeks to process an order. What is frustrating this time is that i got a tracking number on 2/4. And today it's still not shipped. I'm not one of those "hard to deal with" customers either. I've spoken to him on the phone a number of times and get the nature of his business but the issues with this last order is not normal.

He and his wife just had a baby. He is good for it, all good things come in time.

Looks like Shadowfox updated the website which is absolutely awesome, but you can still only order blank SNES cases in orders of 100 or more  :'(

This is intentional. Shadowfox needs funds for the next case molds. Personally, I will be buying additional cases with covers and then printing my own and discarding the pre-printed ones (I'm very particular). I need more cases, but not 100 more any time soon. Plus Shadowfox helped me out like a pro when my last order came messed up. So I'll help him out in return.
