Title: Metroid: Rogue Dawn
Post by: Akumu on January 16, 2017, 01:04:38 AM
In case someone missed it, Metroid: Rogue Dawn is a new Metroid prequel made by a team of romhackers. It's been like 4 years of development and it just released. Anyway,I made a quick cover for it based on the title screen.

Looks nice, though the generic space art is a little, well, generic :-\

looks good, but maybe I'm a bit special needs, I know it's a render but how do you guys put these on actual carts? I'm familiar with a flash cart but a whole cart for one game? Is there baby flash carts?

This depends on the game. Typically, we would program an EPROM, then map it's legs to the proper pins on a compatible cartridge. NES games are a little different, generally, but the premise is the same.

Alternatively, you could probably use a compatible flash cart.
