Bought the game today and it sadly didn't have the original cover. :|

I doesn't appear that anyone has the game to scan. Try finding high quality images online and may it can be constructed.

After searching on Google and other sites for a while and getting my Brother to help me out, I think we managed to find a pretty good one, I'd say.
Though I have no idea if it's the size I need it be for it to print out right or whatever. If you could help me out with that, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Won't let me attach the cover, so I'll just put the dimensions-
