Title: Colecovision Controller Overlays

Does anybody know of a good source, or possibly already have scans of Colecovision Controller overlays?  I recently picked up a system with a few games, and was thinking of a way to get the overlays done up.

Games include:
Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Jr.
Smurf
Cosmic Avenger
Q*Bert
Lady Bug
Turbo
Looping
Time Pilot
Mr. Do
Super Action Baseball
Zaxxon
Venture
Carnival
Destructor

I'm sure not all have overlays, but would be nice to get something for those that do.
