Title: I Want My Mommy

So seriously, the name of the game is "I Want My Mommy" for the Atari 2600.  Does anyone have a cover for this?  It's not a terribly common game.  If anyone is feeling ambitious enough to make a cover, I put links below to some of the box art.  I would do it, but it would be insulting to the artwork.  A man's gotta know his limitations.  I'm willing to provide a donation to a Paypal account if necessary.
