Title: Some dreamcast covers are missing in DVD format

Hi, anyone has seen or can do DVD covers for these DC games.
DVD style with the dreamcast part orange on top, the reste of the spine white...
Almost every game on the site has them, but some very popular game are missing

Head Hunter
Fighting Vipers 2
Half-Life
Super Puzzle Fighter II
