Title: SNES Covers Resizing

I have made a few covers for games not listed on this site as well as covers for ROM hacks and repro carts using Shenske's SNES template. I was wondering if all I'll have to do for them to fit with the Shadowfox cases is resize them to the correct dimensions?

If be resize you mean stretch, that wont work since the spine/front ratio is not the same.
Transporting sprites to the new template, filling spine gap, etc, would give a better result.

The cases haven't even been shipped yet though? Is there any way to know for sure if the UGC covers wont work?

he has said they will be the same dimensions as his NES cases - so yeah, a slight difference in the spine width.
