Title: Kid Kool Nes UGC cover

Has anyone made this?  I can't find this on any box accounts or on the main site.  I'm surprised, because it was a popular game.  It will be the last cover I need to make for my brother's nes collection.  If not, does anyone have box scans?  Thank you, you guys are great.
