Title: Request: Decathlete, Sega Saturn, US

I'm looking for a DVD style cover for Decathlete for Sega Saturn. The PAL Athlete Kings version is already on the site, but I'd prefer the US version if anyone can help. Can be custom cover, but would prefer standard spine and SEGA SATURN logo placement. Thanks for any help.
