Title: (request)(custom) Sled Storm

I'd really appreciate if someone could make a DVD cover for the PS1 version of Sled Storm!
I'd prefer if the Playstation bar is on top similar to a PS2 case, but I'll take literally anything that I get lol

I believe NTSC. That would include the North American release, correct?
