Title: Smashing... Live! Smash Bros. CD (jewel case)

Here's an odd one.

Nintendo Power gave out this awesome CD full of orchestrated Smash Bros. music for Melee.  It was in a crappy paper sleeve.

Anyone have the original paper sleeve to scan in and whip up a Jewel Case cover for this puppy?  I have it on display with my Smash games and amiibo and it just looks sad.
