Title: Request - PS1 SCANS - NTSC - 300+ DPI Quality

Hey guys im just wondering if anyone can provide scans for the following ps1 ntsc games. I need them to be really good quality with no moire effect. Im not looking for premade covers as I want to make my own but for a pal template Thanks:

thanks but can you rescan without moire effect? its all the tiny circle like dots all over cover? :)

Like I said in the other topic Playstation stuff is notoriously bad and always shows with moire.

Using Gaussian blur helps a bit.

Check here examples G number means the radius used:

I thought i'd test it myself so I did a 600dpi scan of a ps1 cover to see, I got a bit of moire effect on the logo. But not too bad cover wise :)

Best settings available on my scanner.  If you think that's bad moire, you should see what you would get if I changed some settings around.

All good TDI, ill give them a go with filters. Thanks for all the scans so far :) Appreciate the time spent doing it mate!

I sometimes find Surface blur much better than Gaussian.

Also - try duplicating the image (1 layer over another) - blur the top layer, then using the eraser tool, erase any areas of the top image that have lost too much detail, or look too muddy to reveal the untouched bottom layer - ie, facial features, of hair detail.

The bottom layer may need some blurring, but you can be more gentle with it.

Anyone able to do some awesome pal scans, making some covers for PAL PS1 Jewel Cases :D if I make more ill share em up :D
