Measure the dimension and input them manually. What software are you using to print?

You can set the dimensions manually. If all else fails, you can use the extremely hokey way I used:
- Open a word processor. I used Pages, but Word or anything else will also work.
- Set the page size to US Legal, and the format to Landscape.
- Insert, copy-paste, etc. the image into the file and set its dimensions to 12.22" x 7.66" (NES) or 13.13" x 7.16" (SNES, N64).
- Print and enjoy! ;)
- Did you know TCP has a list option? I didn't.

Make sure you don't have scale to page, or stretch to page selected on your printer settings
