B) Isn't Dino Crisis 2 a PS1 game? a cover for the PS1 version exists on the site: http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=3104

Yes, it is a PS1 game thanks for catching that for me.  The one that's on there is the 8-Disc Poly Case, I am looking for a DVD style cover.  In the same vain as this cover for Dino Crisis 1, http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=11379.
