Title: Resize genesis label for EA catridge

i have a label ready to print for regular genesis cartridges but i need to print it for those EA cartridges with the yellow tab. does anyone know how exactly to alter the proportions and to what degree? 

and sorry but if this isnt the right category, i didnt know which is the right one for this
