Title: DONE: Request: 3DO "D" NTSC Cover
Post by: travistouchdown on September 21, 2015, 08:31:02 AM
I just played through this great survival horror game last night and I would sure like to get it out of a CD case and into a dual disc DVD case.  Anyone know of an NTSC DVD insert existing for this anywhere?

I can upload scans from the CD manual and rear insert if that would be helpful.

Thanks!!

Need a scan of the back in order to Finnish it.

I might be able to rebuild it if the scan is not too low res

I wouldn't mind getting this as well.  I need to do something about my 3DO games.  Some in original long boxes, some in original jewel cases, and some in DVD cases because I just have disc only.  It's sort of a mess.

Same.  I wouldn't mind doing long boxes and DVD cases, but doing three right now is a pretty haggard setup.  Would love to get the rest of my collection into DVD cases but the 3DO needs some serious love from cover masters (the kind that Nintendo seems to get) on TCP.

So.. I have to be honest here..

I never really liked the template I created! It was based on my Sega CD case and the dimensions never really worked well. More over, the style of the template really never fit well with the generation the 3DO belongs to. For a while I played around with creating a  new template, but kinda gave up.

I took the project back up a short time ago and finally came up with something that I like. It's look is simple and more befitting of 3DO.

I like it, although I literally just printed out about a dozen covers with the old template this past week..... :P

I've noticed a few new 3DO games uploaded this week.  That reminds me that I have several boxes and jewel cases for games that don't have covers yet.  I'll try to get some scanned this week.

Oh, and I can't believe I didn't say this before, but thanks.  I needed this cover.  Hopefully it was made with my scans or that they were helpful in some way.

Haha! Same.. I do like it but it means I'd have to start from scratch.  But hey if it gets more game cover made for the 3DO i'm all for it!  Though I will say I do like the existing 3DO ntsc template..very sharp IMO

I want to express my sincere gratitude and thanks for the cover artist who made this D 3DO case happen.  YOU ROCK!!
