Right, all US. I was able to find Yoshis Story doing a search on the forums, but could not find Romance of the Three Kingdoms II. I'll edit my original post to reflect that.
EDIT: Just saw the SNES Vertical US thread, holy cow. Things have changed since the last time I was actively looking for covers, always assuming that if it's not in the regular site navigation that it's not been done yet. I'll keep an eye out for those threads when looking for covers as well.

Yeah, it seems you have recently gotten access to the "holy place". ;)
Anyway the SNES Vertical US thread is the place where I link all Vertical US SNES covers that are very high quality, even repro covers.
It's just somewhat out of date.
In that area is also similar topic for Vertical N64 covers (it has both Red and Black versions, as well as some random others).
