Title: Starfox 64 3D (PAL) in case art

IIUC all EU games have them, not many US

Not Many: Majora's Mask, New Super Mario Bros 2, Yoshi's New Island, LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (has double sided cover with 2 different art styles).
Maybe some others.

I just did crazy few days at work which should net me nicely so I might splurge and buy the game next month.

I got the game now.
I'll scan it as soon as I get my scanner working properly (probably on Sunday I have time to fiddle with the software).
